Toxic Minerals & Fatigue

Certain toxic minerals are found in the environment, and if they get into the body, they can interfere with normal physiological activities of the body. Lead, mercury, aluminum, arsenic, and cadmium are the most prominent of these metals. Unfortunately, these metals can compete with nutrient minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc, depleting the body's natural source of energy, and generally wreaking havoc with overall health. These toxic elements can shut down the body's energy-producing enzymes, and lead to fatigue, behavior disorders, and other health problems.
