How do I place an order?

  • Select your kits from the Products and click the Add to Cart button, or go to your shopping cart from any page by clicking the View Cart button in the left menu. Your browser must be set to accept cookies.
  • To add kits to your order, change the number in the Quantity box and click the Recalculate button. To remove an item entirely, change the number in the Quantity box to zero.
  • Select the shipping method from the pull down menu.
  • Click the Check Out button.
  • Confirm your order is correct and continue check out.
  • Enter your contact information and continue.
  • Enter your name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. To have your kits shipped somewhere other than your billing address, check the box at the bottom of the page. Continue and enter the shipping address.
  • Continue to our secure server.
  • Enter your credit card type, number, and expiration date. All of this information is encrypted for your protection. Click the Send Order Now button to have your credit card verified (verification may take several moments).
  • When your order is successfully processed, your total and an order ID number will be displayed. You will also receive an email confirming your purchase. You should save this information for your records.


What are cookies?

A BodyBalance.com cookie is a small piece of data that keeps track of the items you have placed in your shopping cart as you surf from page to page, thus you need to have your browser set to accept cookies to shop on-line.

To turn cookies on: In a Netscape browser choose the Preferences option under the Edit menu then click on the Advanced option. To the left you will see a section labeled Cookies. Make sure that you have either the Accept all Cookies or the accept cookies that get sent back to the originating server option selected. Click OK.

In Internet Explorer, choose Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Security tab. Under Security Level, click the Custom Level button. Select the Enable radio button under Cookies. Click OK until you return to your browser.

What payment options are available?

You may currently order BodyBalance test kits from this site using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards.

You can also pay via check by calling toll-free 1-888-891-3061, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. Checks and money orders may also be made by mail.


How are the kits shipped?

BodyBalance uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments within the Continental United States. There is Regular Ground Service and 2nd Day Service available. All orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Post Office Boxes are sent by Priority Mail service using the Unites States Postal Service.


What about credit card safety?

The BodyBalance web site uses Verisign's Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt (scramble) your credit card number as it passes through the Internet. SSL Certificates from Verisign are the internet standard for credit card number encryption.

The certificate has a unique certification ID number for the BodyBalance/Dr. Murray Natural Living web site.
